Heard.

Considering the conduct of contemnors, which goes contrary to the order dated 24.03.2025, we deem it appropriate to direct the Collector, Yavatmal and the contemnors also to file affidavit disclosing the details of the immovable properties held by them, including that of by the Trust of which they are office bearers.

The affidavit to be placed on record in any case by 10.06.2025.

The aforesaid order is passed keeping in mind the fact that the properties which are acquired by the contemnors so also by the Trust, could be auctioned for the purpose of recovering the amount.

Whether to confine the contemnors to Civil Prison for non-compliance of the order shall be considered thereafter viz. after passing of the charge on next date.
