Having regard to the aforesaid status, as has been claimed by the Applicants, we deem it appropriate to allow the application particularly when the claim is not resisted.

The Applicants be added as Respondents by amending the cause-title to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today by the Petitioners.

Mr. Bandiwadekar waives notice for the added Respondents and undertakes to file affidavit-in-reply, if any, within the appropriate period.

Let the proceedings to go ahead, however, last six candidates be not issued the orders on the promotional post. 6.
Interim Application stands disposed of.
