The original petition is filed for challenging the order dated 20.10.2018 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Head Quarter, Pune. The petition was filed in the year 2018. Thereafter, there are subsequent developments and there are further orders passed in August and September 2025. All these Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

issues are connected issues and, therefore, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that amendment be permitted so that all these issues can be decided together. He is seeking permission to incorporate additional prayers, as well.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We are satisfied that the amendment which is sought pertains to the same issue and the prayer taken up in the main writ petition. Therefore, amendment can be granted.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) The Interim Application is allowed.

ii) The Applicant is permitted to add additional pleadings in the memo of the petition including the grounds, as well as, prayer clauses.

iii) Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.

iv) After the amendment is carried out, amended copy of the petition shall be served on the office of the Respondents.

v) The Respondents may file Additional Affidavits in reply to the amended petition on or before the next date.

vi) Stand over to 25.03.2026.
