Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application by father seeking grant of unconditional interim custody of two minor children - a daughter about 10 years old and a son about 6 years old, during the pendency of the first appeal. First appeal is filed challenging the order by which prayer for custody of the children is denied; however, arrangement is made for periodical access to the children.

Considering the nature of prayer which amounts to granting final relief, it is not possible to consider it at interim stage. The interim application is therefore disposed of.
