By this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"A.

Quash and set aside impugned letter dated 9th July 2024 issued by respondent no.5 as the same is illegal, arbitrary and bad in law;

B.

Quash and set aside impugned Administrative Resolution No.143 dated 24th April 2025 issued by respondent no.2 as the same is illegal, arbitrary and bad in law; C.

Direct the respondents to adjust the entire amount so recovered by the respondents under the impugned resolution dated 15th February 2011, impugned letter dated 9th July 2024 and impugned Administrative Resolution No.143 dated 24th April 2025 against the property taxes/Municipal Corporation liabilites of the owners and occupiers; D.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the captioned Public Interest Litigation no.139 of 2022, stay the effect and operation of impugned Resolution dated 15th February 2011, impugned letter dated 9th July 2024 and impugned Administrative Resolution no.143 dated 24th April 2025; 1/2 901-PIL-139-2022 & IA-233-2026.doc Dixit

Pass interim and ad-interim orders in terms of prayer clause (A);

For costs of the present Application."

Mr. Huzer Qureshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Public Interest Litigation.

Public Interest Litigation No.139 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. In view thereof, pending Interim Application No.233 of 2026 does not survive and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
