For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. The application is to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.1 on record since respondent no.1 expired on 6 March 2021. The legal heirs of respondent no.1 is already on record as respondent no.2. 2.

In view of above, interim application is allowed by permitting respondent no.2 to be brought on record as legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1. Necessary amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today and the amended copies to be served on all the parties.
