Heard Ms. Khosla, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. She submits that the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution pursuant to order dated 14th July 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-1). She submits that the Writ Petition was dismissed when it was on stamp number and even notice has not been issued to the Respondents and none has appeared for the Respondents in Writ Petition. She submits that as E-Filing systems was introduced and as her Clerk and she was not familiar with the procedure, she could not take further steps. Sonali

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), on the condition that all the office objections be removed within a period of three weeks from today.
