It is pointed out that the names of deceased Respondent Nos.1 Husen

1-WP-4051-1996.doc to 4 Trustee, are shown in the Judgment and other names of trustees are not included.

Perused the cause title of the petition. It is an inadvertent mistake while typing the cause of title.

Accordingly it is ordered that in the said Judgment, names of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 Trustees be shown as deleted and names of Respondents Virendrabhai Popatlal Shah, Munirbhai Lalitkumar Jhaveri, Dilip Chandrakant Jhaveri, Shreyansh Popatlal Shah, Harshadkumar Shantikumar Jhaveri and Harsh Narendra Pannalal be added as Respondent Nos. 7 to 12.

Rest of the Judgment remains as it is. Corrected judgment be uploaded.
