1) The Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal. It appears that the Appellants had erroneously filed Writ Petition No.17641/2024 challenging the order of the Appellate Court. While disposing of the said petition, by order dated 3 December 2024 by granting liberty to the Appellants to file Second Appeal, this Court recorded a statement on behalf of the Respondent-Plaintiffs that they would not oppose condonation of delay in filing the present Second Appeal. In that view of the matter, delay in filing of the Appeal is condoned. The Interim Application is disposed of.
