In view of the aforesaid notification, the primary purpose for which this Interim Application has been filed does not survive. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the constitution of the Fee Regulatory Authority is not in accordance with law.

If that is so, the grievance raised in that behalf cannot be adjudicated in the present proceeding. The applicant-School shall be at liberty to take out appropriate proceeding as permitted in law. 5.
