The Interim Application had come up on 24th February, 2026 when none had appeared for the Petitioner and accordingly it was stood over to be placed under the caption for 'dismissal'. 2.

Today, the learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner. 1/3

Hence, remove the matter from the caption of 'dismissal'. 3.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant / Original Petitioner is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be rejected by an Order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - I) for non-removal of office objections. 4.

The Applicant has stated that there was genuine difficulty in complying with the Order dated 19th August, 2025 and removing of office objections within the stipulated date, and which genuine difficulty has been stated in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application.

Having considered the averments in the Interim Application, we are satisfied that case is made out for restoration of the Writ Petition by recall of the Order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - I). 6.

In view thereof, the Order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - I) is recalled. 2/3

The Writ Petition is accordingly restored to file. 8.

The Petitioner shall remove office objections raised in the Writ Petition within a period of one week from today. Failure to do so will result in the Writ Petition being rejected without reference to this Court.
