Learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties agree that access of the child will be given to the Respondent-mother tomorrow, i.e., on 1st March 2025 in the Children's Complex of Family Court, Pune between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.. Appellant to hand over the child to Respondent-mother in Children's Complex of Family Court, Pune at 11.00 a.m. sharp and the Respondent-mother is entitled to have access of the child till 5.00 p.m. in Children's Complex of Family Court, Pune. It is made clear that child is not to be taken out of Children's Complex of Family Court, Pune.
