By this application, the applicants (original petitioners) seek restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.11.2025.

The reasons, explaining non-appearance of advocate on behalf of the petitioners, are stated in paragraph 3. Having perused the same, we are inclined to accept the said reasons and we find that sufficient grounds are made out for allowing the application. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to file.
