The learned Advocate for Applicant has filed this Interim Application No.511 of 2025 to delete the name of Respondent No.1(a) "Mrs.Molinadevi Dhankumar Jhaveri".

The learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, Respondent No.1(a) reported to be dead. Therefore, the Applicant intends to delete the name of Respondent No.1(a), as her only legal heirs are already on record as Respondent Nos.1(b) and 1(c) in the present Civil Revision Application. Hence, the learned Advocate for the Applicant prays to delete the name of Respondent No.1(a) from the cause title of Civil Revision Application Stamp No.21915 of 2022.

In turn, the Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.1(a) "Mrs.Molinadevi Dhankumar Jhaveri" from cause title of Civil Revision Application Stamp No.21915 of 2022. Hence, the learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to delete the name of Respondent No.1(a) by carrying out necessary amendment within two weeks and file amended copy of Civil Revision Application.
