This Interim Application is filed for Restoration of the Miscellaneous Civil Application which was dismissed by order dated 1st December, 2025. The learned Counsel, Mr. Sharma, is appearing through V.C. Mr. Ravindra Panchundkar, learned Advocate, submits that he doesn't have any instructions in the proceedings to appear for the Respondent.

Issue notice to Respondent returnable on 25th February, 2026. 3.

Apart from the Court notice, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by private notice, by all permissible modes of service Vivekanand

The learned Advocate for the applicant to supply a copy of Interim Application in the Registry of this Court. If the copy of the present Interim Application is not furnished in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week, the Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Naveen K. Sharma, is seeking continuation of the order passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application. The Miscellaneous Civil Application has been rejected on 1st December, 2025. Hence, relief granted earlier in the Miscellaneous Civil Application stood vacated on 1st December, 2025.

Hence, in my view, such relief cannot be extended in disposal of matter.
