Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application. 3.

A case is made out to allow the Interim Application. 4.

The Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the Marriage Petition pending before the C.J.S.D., Pune to the Family Court, Nashik. Anand

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of his client submits that he has no objection, if the present Miscellaneous Application is allowed.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The proceeding, being the Marriage Petition No. 1331 of 2024 pending before the C.J.S.D., Pune/Pimpri be transferred to the Family Court, Nashik within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court, Nashik through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the Respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the C.J.S.D., Pune/Pimpri by Email.
