This application is moved in a disposed of writ petition. By order dated 25th June 2025, this Court disposed of the writ petition by directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Pune to decide the pending securitization application within a period of 6 months from the date of deposit of Rs.25,00,000/- by the original petitioner.

The hearing before the DRT is still in progress and therefore, a joint request is made by the parties for granting extension of time for the DRT to dispose of the pending securitization application.

Considering the stage of the proceeding and the fact that DRT, Pune is already overburdened with a number of pending cases, it is directed that the DRT, Pune shall dispose of the pending securitization application within a period of 10 weeks from today. 4.

The interim application is disposed of.
