This matter is not on board. However, upon mentioning by learned counsel Mr. Vaswani, the same is taken on board. 2.

Mr. Vaswani, based on instructions from the Applicant/Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the two Interim Applications in the Writ Petition which is already disposed of. He points out that Interim Application Stamp No.31281 of 2025 is for withdrawal of Interim Application No.638 of 2025 which has been for restoration of the Writ Petition. But now the consent terms have been filed and there is no necessity of restoring the disposed of Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Interim Application (St.) No.31281 of 2025 is allowed and Interim Application No.638 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn. The Writ Petition in which these Interim Applications were taken out already stands disposed of. 4.
