Mr. Swapnil Sanjeev Mahale, the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court, states that, by tomorrow, an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of Respondent No.1 - Anagha Swapnil Mahale.

Ms. Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1, on instructions, states that, on 28th February 2026, access of the child will be given to the Petitioner-father for 4 hours between 05:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. at Loknete Gopinath Munde Smruti Garden, Azad Nagar, Andheri (W).

The video access of the child shall also be given to the Petitioner - father on every alternate day between 08:00 pm to 08:20 pm. 4.
