The Interim Application has been filed seeking to expedite the hearing of the Appeal From Order.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the captioned Appeal From Order has already been admitted. In my view, given that the Appeal From Order is of the year 2012, the same would have to be heard. 3.

The Interim Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"a) By an order of this Hon'ble court the hearing of Appeal from Order No. 1302/2012 be expedited and thereby fixing the matter on final hearing board on peremptorily basis."
