Heard Ms. Raje, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

Interim Application is filed for setting aside of impugned order dated 19.09.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial - I) of this Court, inter alia, dismissing the Writ Petition which is appended at page No.7 of the Interim Application filed for restoration. 4.

It is seen that by virtue of the said order, several Writ Petitions were dismissed for non-compliance of directions and Rules prescribing removal of office objections.

Petitioner is appearing in-person before me. He would

Be that as it may, in view of the averments made in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The order dated 19.09.2024 qua dismissing Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19348 of 2024 is quashed and set aside and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19348 of 2024 is restored to the record and file of the Court. Delay in filing Interim Application stands condoned. 8.

Advocate for Petitioner is directed to remove office objections in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19348 of 2024 in accordance with Rules within a period two weeks from today. 9.

Registry shall permit the learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner to remove office objections in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19348 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from today and accordingly number the Writ Petition.

Advocate for Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of Writ Petition on Respondents including Ms. Raje, learned AGP for Respondent.
