The Learned Advocate has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent 1 and 2 by way of substituted service. As per office note, notice issued to Respondent 1 is returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 12/01/2023, "for want of proper address and exact land mark". Notice issued to respondent nos. 2 is returned with Bailiff's remark dt. 31/12/2022, "Incomplete address".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware about new addresses. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent 1 and 2 by

way of substituted service.

Addresses of Respondent 1 and 2 mentioned in the above notices are same as mentioned in Interim Application and in memo of First Appeal as well as in Judgment of the Lower Court.

In turn, Interim Application No. 889 of 2025 for substituted service is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b), returnable by 10 weeks. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect copy of Publication Notice from the department within within two weeks and thereafter, publish the same in the newspaper within 04 weeks and file published copy of newspaper within 10 weeks from the date of this order.
