Mr. Raorane, learned Counsel for the Respondents strongly opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objection within a period of four weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
