This is an application by landlord seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by Respondent No.2. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Revision Applicant (Frick India Ltd) submits that mesne profit proceedings are pending and she has to file reply opposing the application. It is contended that, reply was not filed as the parties were trying to settle the dispute. 4.

The application is filed in December 2024. No reply is filed till today. In that view of the matter, Revision Applicant is directed to file reply within a period of 3 weeks from today, with its copy served on other side. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within 1 week thereafter. Sneha Chavan 1/2
