MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.
DATED :
30th JANUARY 2025 P. C.:
1.
Mr. Narendra Walawalkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that if the hearing of the Civil Revision Applications are expedited, then he has instructions not to press the reliefs sought in the Interim Applications at this stage. He further states that the orders which are the subject matter of Civil Revision Applications are arising out of the obstructionist proceedings. The original suit has been filed in the year 2002 and the same has been decreed in the year 2006. He therefore, submits that it is necessary to hear the Civil Revision Applications expeditiously.
2.
Accordingly, the Interim Applications are disposed of, as not pressed at this stage.
3.
Add these Civil Revision Applications in the final hearing board dated 20th February 2025. To be listed fairly high in the final hearing board.
