Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 25 days caused in preferring the Appeal. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the authorized representative of the Appellant-Company had to undergo surgery and was thus not attending the Court. He further submits that the Management was under impression that the Appeal has already been filed however due to the ill-health of the authorized representative the Appeal could not filed and thus there is delay of 25 days.
