The present Interim Application is filed for restoration of the above Petition which was rejected for non-removal of office objections. This Order was passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I) on 6th December 2024.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and perusing the above Interim Application, though we are not fully satisfied with the averments, in order to ensure that the Applicant / Petitioner gets an opportunity to redress his grievance on merits, we hereby set aside the Order dated 6th December 2024 and restore the above Writ Petition to file, subject to the cost of Rs.10,000/- being paid by the Petitioner to the Tata Memorial Centre, Cancer Research Institute, Mumbai within a period of one week from today. The receipt evidencing payment of cost shall be filed in the Registry and kept in the file of this matter. It is needless to clarify that if the costs are not paid within the stipulated period, the above Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If the costs are paid, all the office objections shall be removed by the Advocates for the Applicant/Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the above Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of.
