Today's cause-list shows the Applicant's name as "Ventateshwar B V Biocorp Pvt. Ltd.". The same name is found in an order dated January 24, 2025 as the Applicant in Interim Application No. 1054 of 2025. The request of the advocate for the Applicant is to change the name to "Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd.". 2.

This interim application is taken out in Arbitration Petition No. 146 of 2022. Since the name of the Petitioner is "Venkateshwara November 4, 2025 Shraddha

14-IA-1054-2025=ARP-146-2022.doc Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd.", evidently the registry has generated an erroneous name in the cause-list and such error continues in order after order. The registry is directed to effect the correction in its records to ensure that the correct name, namely, "Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd." is reflected in the cause-list and such errors are not repeated leading to further expenditure of judicial time in making such corrections. 3.

As regards the orders in Interim Application No. 1054 of 2025, all orders shall stand corrected with the replacement of the name, "Ventateshwar B V Biocorp Pvt. Ltd." with the name, "Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd."

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
