It would be appropriate to call for an Affidavit from a responsible officer of the respective Applicants to explain what has transpired since the order passed extending time to collect the Arbitral Award. It would be important to see if the Arbitral Award had been collected.

Let such affidavit be filed no later than September 16, 2025. 4.
