The impugned judgment and award is stayed subject to deposit of entire decretal amount along with accrued interest in the Reference Court within a period of 10 weeks from today, failing which First Appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 2.

If any Application for withdrawal of amount is filed before the Reference Court, the same shall be decided expeditiously. 3.
