Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the judgment and award dated 30th May, 2024 passed in L.A.R. No. 47 of 2022. The impugned judgment and award is stayed subject to deposit of entire decretal amount along with accrued interest in the Reference Court within a period of 10 weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 2.
