Mr. Gawade, learned Counsel for the Applicant i.e. Original Respondent in Writ Petition No.9986 of 2014 (Original Plaintiff), states that the decree has already been executed and the Writ Petition has been dismissed. He submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner i.e. Original Defendant has deposited an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month and the said aggregate amount is about Rs.60,000/-. He therefore prays that the said amount deposited by the Petitioner in this Court be allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant i.e. Original Plaintiff.

As the Writ Petition is already dismissed and as the decree has been executed, Office is directed to pay the amount which has been deposited by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.9986 of 2014 in this Court with accrued interest, if any, to the Applicant - Anupama S. More @ Anupama S. Gunjal.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
