By the present Application, the Applicants seek substitution of the Petitioner (now deceased), on the ground of they being the Legal Heirs/ Legal Representatives of the deceasedPetitioner. Paragraph No.5 of the Application records the Original Petitioner Mr. Samir Shankar Naik having passed away on 13th May, 2021. This Application is filed on 8th January, 2025 seeking condonation of delay of 3 years and 217 days. 3.
