Civil Application No.810 of 2016 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016, Civil Application No.811 of 2016 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016, Interim Application No.1160 of 2026 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016, and Interim Application No.1159 of 2026 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016 : 1.

The two Civil Applications viz. Civil Application No.810 of 2016 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016 and Civil Application No.811 of 2016 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016, seek direction of this Court to deposit costs awarded by the Order of the Division Bench dated 31st August 2015 in this Court, in view of the offer and refusal to accept the costs.

Two Interim Applications viz. Interim Application No.1160 of 2026 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016 and Interim Application No.1159 of 2026 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016 seek withdrawal of the said costs to be deposited in this Court.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants in all the matters are ad-idem that all these four Civil/Interim Applications can be disposed of with a direction to pay costs in each of these Appeals directly to the Claimants through the learned Advocate appearing for the said Claimants.

Accordingly, the Executive Engineer, Nandur Madhmeshwar Project Division is directed to directly make payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- each in the two Appeals to the Claimants/Respondents therein through Mr. Joshi, Advocate on record for the said Claimants, within a period of eight weeks.

The Civil Application No.810 of 2016 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016, Civil Application No.811 of 2016 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016, Interim Application No.1160 of 2026 in First Appeal No.317 of 2016 and Interim Application No.1159 of 2026 in First Appeal No.318 of 2016 accordingly stand disposed.
