Interim Application has been preferred seeking to implead proposed Respondent Nos.4 and 5 as party to the Appeal proceedings as the Society has acquired unilateral deemed conveyance in respect of the subject property and the parties intend to file consent terms to settle the entire dispute. Learned Counsel appearing for Society does not object to the same. The proposed Respondent no.5 is the daughter of Appellant and there is no conflict of interest. 2.

For the reasons stated, Interim Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
