The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court had allowed withdrawal Application and Applicant's were allowed to withdraw 50% amount out of the deposited amount, but the Tribunal has permitted to withdraw 25% only and 25% amount is kept in Fixed Deposit. Hence, requested to allow the Application.
