Interim Application has been preferred seeking modification of the order dated 13th January 2025. By order dated 13th January 2025, this Court, in the presence of learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, had directed compensation amount of Rs.17,67,737/- to be deposited as the matter was moved urgently seeking stay of execution proceedings. Today, by way of present Interim Application modification is sought on the ground that amount which is required to be deposited is Rs.13,04,550/-. 2.

As the Interim Application has been filed seeking modification of the order and order of 13th January 2025 stayed the execution Patil-SR 1 of

10 Ia-1189-2025.doc proceedings subject to deposit of compensation amount of Rs.17,67,737/- which has not been complied with, the stay stands vacated.
