The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant / appellant has tendered a draft amendment to the above Interim Application. These amendments are necessitated because at the time when the Interim Application was filed, the amount of Rs. 52.01 crores was not deposited in this Court. Now that the same is deposited, the Applicant / Appellant seeks JULY 25, 2025 Uday S. Jagtap
39-1206-2025-IA=.doc to amend the above Interim Application by seeking a prayer for withdrawal of the aforesaid amount.

Considering these facts and circumstances, the draft amendment tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Applicant is permitted to carryout the amendment in the above Interim Application as per draft handed in. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.
The amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the Interim Application shall be served on the Advocates for the Respondent immediately thereafter. 4.
