We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The services of the applicants-petitioners who are appointed on contractual basis have been terminated on the ground that the Select List after following the due procedure now stands finalized. As a consequence of publication of the Select List, the petitioners' contractual engagement has been put to an end.

In the light of the interim order dated 22nd June 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.1142 of 2019 (Kapadia Nutikaben Govind and Ors. Vs. Union Territory of India, through the Administrator and Ors.) with connected Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

writ petitions, we do not find that the relief prayed for in the Interim Application can be granted.

In terms of the aforesaid interim order and keeping all contentions of parties open, no relief can be granted in the Interim Application. It is accordingly rejected.
