Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 4th December 2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the First Appeal for non removal of office objections. Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that office objection is non payment of Court fee stamp of Rs.20/- on Interim Application and due to oversight objection remained to be removed. He would further submit that office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks.

For the reasons stated in the Application, order dated 4th December 2024 is recalled. First Appeal as well as IA (st.) No. 27184 of Patil-SR 1 of
