Having heard the matter briefly, taking note of the non-adversarial position taken by Respondent Nos.3 and 4, namely, that the disputes and differences are really between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 and 2 (now Respondent No.2A, 2B, 2C), it may be appropriate for the parties to have one last attempt to resolve their disputes by mediation.

In these circumstances, the parties are hereby referred to mediation by Ms. Alpana Ghone, a Learned Advocate of this Court. Mediation shall be attempted over the next 45 days. List the matter on April 1, 2025 for further consideration.
