Pursuant to an Order dated February 14, 2025, the parties proceeded to the mediator and are pleased to jointly report that all disputes and differences between them stand settled and towards this end, consent terms dated September 16, 2025 have been executed. An executed original as well as copy of the consent terms are tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record and is marked 'X' for identification.

Registry may issue a certified copy of the consent terms taken on record, to the parties upon verification.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in these Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to Court.

The captioned proceedings are hereby finally disposed of. 5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
