Both these Interim Applications seek condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioners on record. One Interim Application seeks condonation of delay of 6525 days and the second one seeks condonation of delay of 25 days. 2.
Mr.Jitendra Damani, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondent no.1 and submits that the Petition has abated in view of Order XXII Rules 4 and 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and that this Petition is not maintainable.

Mr.Atit Shukla, learned Counsel for the Applicants, submits that since a reply has been filed, some time be granted to file a rejoinder. Let the rejoinder be filed by the next date with a copy to the other side. 4.
List on 22nd January 2026.

Mr.Shukla submits that there is a Civil Revision Application No.397 of 2024 which has been tagged along with the Writ Petition and that there is an administrative order of the Hon'ble Chief Justice to tag the said Civil Revision Application with the Writ Petition. avk 2/3

Just when the order has been dictated, Mr.Damani for the Respondent no.1 requests that the matter be listed on 28th January 2026. Mr.Shukla has no objection.
