Heard. The applicant/ original respondent No.2 was minor when the subject claim was decided. Therefore, the compensation amount of applicant's share i.e. 15% was directed to be invested in any Nationalized Bank till the applicant attains the age of majority. The birth certificate on record shows that the applicant has attained majority. The appeal is dismissed for non compliance. In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
