We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we have perused the contents of the Interim Application. In our view, it is not necessary to clarify any observations made in the judgment dated 29/11/2024 as prayed by this applicants. Insofar as the impugned show cause notice dated 02/1/2025 is concerned, it is always open for the applicants to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. The Interim Application is disposed accordingly.
