INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1365 OF 2025 1.

The present Interim Application has been preferred by the Applicant/Original Appellant seeking to restore the First Appeal. A delay of 30 days in filing the present Interim Application is also sought to be condoned.

Having perused the Interim Application, this Court is satisfied with the reasons explaining the delay as set out therein and accordingly, the ------------------------------------- Order dated 27th February 2026

16. CAF/5111/2008 UOI vs. Anjana delay is required to be condoned and the application is required to be allowed. Considering this, the following order is passed: ::ORDER::

(i) The delay of 30 days in filing the present Interim Application is hereby condoned and the First Appeal no. 1935 of 2018 is hereby restored to the file of this Court. (ii) The order dated 11th June 2015 is set aside. (iii) The present Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order.

The Appellant shall give notice of this order and the next listing to the Advocates for the Respondents.
