The learned Advocate Mr. Jaybhaye appears on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. He received the copy of the Interim Application and the Petition, yesterday. Yet the Zilla Parishad was able to convey to him to make a statement that Petitioner Nos. 71 and 72, Talwalkar

Having said that, we would expect the Zilla Parishad to ensure that the salary would be paid to Petitioner Nos. 71 and 72 for the days they have actually worked, prior to the next date in the matter. 3.

Let the affidavit in reply be filed by the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad. So also the other Zilla Parishads would also file their affidavit in reply on or before 18th June, 2025.

List this Petition in the fresh admissions category on 23rd June, 2025 along with CP St. No. 14982 of 2025. 5.

In the event any recruitment drive is initiated by the Zilla Parishad , all those Petitioners who have been working for more than 10 years, would be considered for regularization. In the event, Zilla Parishad has any impediment, it would be at liberty to move an interim application for clarification.
