Learned Counsel for the parties on the earlier occasion represented that they would be submitting agreed Minutes of Order and therefore the matter is adjourned on 6th February 2025 to 12th February 2025. However, it appears that there is no agreement.

A learned Single Judge (Sandeep V. Marne) by detailed Order dated 19th September 2024 disposed of these Writ Petitions. 3.
By the present Interim Application, the said Order is sought to be modified.
