Interim Application has been preferred seeking modification of the order dated 16th April, 2024 and for additional mandamus to the Respondent to decide the eligibility of the applicant by considering the documents submitted by the applicant.

I have perused the order of 16th April, 2024. Vide the said order, the Petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the grievance in the appeal which is already filed before the Additional Collector on 10th January, 2023. In view of the same, the petition was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to agitate the grievance before the Additional Collector in appeal proceedings. sa_mandawgad 1 of

The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant is that in the appeal proceedings, there are certain additional documents which are being sought and the eligibility is not being decided. As the petition stands disposed of, the Interim Application seeking further mandamus cannot be granted. It is open for the Applicant to adopt appropriate remedy for challenging the demand raised by the Respondents in Appeal for further documents. 4.

Interim Application stands disposed of.

Interim Application No.10891 of 2025 does not survive for consideration and same stands disposed of.
