The learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed present Interim Application No.1545 of 2025 to serve notices upon Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b) by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b) are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 23/02/2024, "Premises is locked since long back".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other addresses of Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b). Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b) by way of paper publication.

The addresses of Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b) mentioned in the notices are same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Appeal No.45 of 2011 in R.A.E. & R.

Suit No.612/1939 of 1990 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.1545 of 2025 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4(b). The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks from Department and thereafter, submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 06 (six) weeks.

Likewise, the learned Advocate for the Applicant also prays to issue notice to Respondent No.4(d) on the new address.

Hence, the office is directed to issue notice to Respondent No.4(d) on new address, returnable by 10 (ten) weeks.
